Responsibilities of candidates include:
Designation : Dept. Financial Adviser
JD : Tele Caller - Voice Process

• Inform customers about company's products/services and offers
• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
• Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
• Ability to be on phone for a long time and familiar using dialer systems
• Cold Calling & Customer Follow-ups
• Complete Weekly & Monthly target
• Dress code formals must
• Certificates holding
• Salary range starts from Rs. 8,000/- (Based on Candidate)
• Freshers also welcome
