Should prepare monthly payroll inputs file including New hire, Resigned, Employee Master Changes, Salary revisions, Variable input and Attendance.

Accurate payroll process,

Monthly Salary Preparation & Submission,

Payroll output validation

Should Address issues and questions regarding to payroll from employees and superiors.

Full and Final settlement

Administration of payroll related policies and procedures.

Generate UAN number and ESI for new hire as well as process the same and solve their queries

Must handle all statutory compliance and its documentation

Sound knowledge in Saral Paypack software will be an added advantage
