Roles and Responsibilities

To ensure the smooth functioning of the OPD, by coordinating with the doctors, nursing staff, paramedical staff, patients and housekeeping staff, to solve and escalate issues as and when they occur keeping in mind organization's mission, vision and values

Follow the schedule of appointments and follow-up, ensuring adherence to process and systems and smooth flow of patients in the OPD

Collate data on doctor adherence to OPD schedule, send to the respective supervisors

Collecting feedback from patients and patient attendants

Upkeep and maintenance of the OPD

Adherence to SOP and Department Protocol

Report generation

Directing patient and patient parties to the right place and right doctor
