Roles and Responsibilities

Direct the Outbound Operations to ensure accurate and timely picking/shipping processes of all orders with maximum efficiency. Ensure effective coaching methods throughout the outbound operations while maintaining all company policies and procedures. Should be able to maintain a team of Picker/packer/loaders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Efficiency plan and coordination skill in transports to ensure accurate results in all aspects picking/shipping and related operations.

2. Ensure continuous review and improvements of operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Oversee daily monitoring efforts to ensure productivity objectives meet company/departmental standards.

3. Confirm all shipping and picking deadlines and priority cut-off times are met.

4. Control mis-ship and backorders and locating missing products as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

Bachelors degree and min. 1.5 yrs warehouse distribution management experience required along with strong background of leadership training/development.

Physical Requirements / AGE :

Should be physically fit, able to travel as per requirement. Age not more than 30.

TIME : 7.00 P.M. TO 4.00 A.M. (Night shift only)
