As an Operations Manager in US RPO process, you will have the opportunity to manage a team of Team lead and productivity. You will be responsible to drive the service delivery, ensuring that all the recruiters meet their targets. You will also get an opportunity to work in client facing role and will lead the charge for creating recruiting strategies, processes, and do the account management.

We are looking for Assistant Managers who have experience in driving service delivery for high volume VMS/MSP accounts and/or experience working in RPO model. This is a high visibility role and you will be instrumental in creating a robust service delivery team.

You Will:

  • You will be a key partner and will be responsible for production and delivery to drive business results.
  • You will do account management and will be first point of contact between onshore team and our recruiting team
  • You will do daily communication with the onshore team on job priorities, feedbacks, recruitment strategies etc.
  • You will be accountable for the coverage of requisitions and managing the offshore production by ensuring the team reverts/submits profiles with a quick turnaround time to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
  • You will manage and set expectations of the recruiters on targets to be achieved
  • You will conduct daily and weekly meetings with the whole team on activities for the week and pending coverage.
  • Work proactively with the team to build a talent pipeline and database.
  • Monthly performance review of each recruiter and as a team.
  • Compare month to month performance against target and work with leads and the recruiter for improvement.
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance through metrics.
  • You will also create various reports for review and analysis.
  • Constantly work with the team on new sourcing methodologies (e.g. social recruiting, x-ray searches etc.)

Proficiency with Tools:

  • Experience with various ATS such as Job Diva, Ciepal, Bull Horn, CATS, etc.
  • Experience with various Job Boards such as Career Builder, Monster, Dice, Indeed
  • Experience with LinkedIn recruiting, ability to passively source and connect with the candidates.
  • Experience with various VMS/MSP tools such as Beeline, Fieldglass, Wand etc.

Key Skills:

  • At-least 4 to 5 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
  • At least 1 year of experience working as Team Manager in US staffing agency
  • Must have experience working on MSP/VMS accounts, Recruitment Outsourcing Process model.
  • Should have experience in people management
  • Successful track record of client management and client communication.
  • Leadership quality and a go getter attitude.
  • Take whole ownership of the tasks at hand.
  • Ability and willing to take new challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills (Spoken and Written).
  • Work independently with little supervision in a fast pace agency environment
  • Have a knack for learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies
  • Goal oriented; have a burning desire to be successful
  • Advanced computer skills especially Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Highly motivated individual able to grasp complex technologies, tools or knowledge and learn quickly.
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work in night shift.

Candidates with good communication skills

Candidates from BPO backgrounds with rich experience will be considered

Experience in US staffing will be added advantage.

Candidate should be comfortable to work in night shift (EST time zone)
