Job Details

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Health check conversion management.

2. Health check coordination

3. Health check TAT

4. Health check process TAT

5. Must be able to explain the Hospital services, Doctors service, care and treatments to the patients.

6. Co-ordinate between patient and doctor in scheduling appointments.

7. Co-ordinate between the patient and doctor, in hospital for treatment plan, diagnostic checkups.

8. To ensure excellent care and service to all the patients, to co-ordinate with doctor in patient care whenever required, complaints redressal, feedback, to ensure all appointments in time, preoperative and postoperative follow up

9. Following through with all stakeholders to ensure patient is satisfied with the services.

10. Giving a complete room orientation for every new admission that comes to the floor with 100% compliance

11. Going on daily In Patient Rounds and resolving the patient issues and maintaining daily rounds check list

12. Making sure the House Keeping and Maintenance activities are carried out on the floors

13. Scheduling the appointments for patients for Diagnostic services.

14. Coordinate with the Billing department for clearance

15. Coordinating with Discharge Coordinator and maintaining the Discharge TAT

16. Sending the Patient files to the MRD within 48 hrs of the discharge

17. Sending the patient Reports to the Insurance dept & Credit dept for claims

18. Achieving maximum PSI

19. Reduction in Discharge TAT

20. Monthly MIS data collection and presentation to leaderships for business revive meetings

21. LAMA and DAMA calls and follow ups

22. Up sale of rooms for higher category of rooms

23. Ensure the entries are error free

24. Submitting cash :Tallying cash as per scroll at end of the shift and make sure statement of cash generated.

25.Provide direction and control to personnel within the OPD department

26.Establish functional quality objectives for NABH/JCI Ensure competence of personnel as per competency matrix, and review Performance every six months.

27.Monitor resolve patient/client complaints

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have MHA or MBA Degree

Must know three languages like Telugu, Hindi, English.
