Operation Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing strategic program, in a large scale fulfillment
• Strategically manage all the stores in compliance with companys policies & vision
• Reconciliation and work with Ground Ops to close all issues within TAT
• Generate reports for monitoring goods for related bulks and area
• Coordinate with vendors/partners as and when required
• Prepare weekly monthly dashboard reports for management review
• To follow laid down operational SOPs [Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, RTO] & personnel policies & procedures
• Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
• Plan, Organize and Direct subordinates to ensure a seamless delivery process for a delightful Customer Experience
• Bring about process improvements in the stores to enrich operational/delivery processes
• Understands processes & data deeply and leverage design choices to explore possible outcomes and to achieve the desired outcome to benefit the organization
• Can work in an ambiguous environment where sufficient data may not be available.
• Knowledge of innovation processes, ideation techniques , effective brainstorming methods, feasibility analysis of winning concepts and can project how potential ideas may play out in the marketplace
• Understands specific processes and principles to initiate, plan, execute and manage the way that new initiatives or changes are implemented within an organization with guardrails of Time, Cost, Scope & Quality of the output
• Can work collaboratively with a variety of teams, create transparency and be able to inspire others to work toward common goals
  

Required Candidate profile

• 3+ years of relevant experience in project management / general management
• Root-cause problem-solving skills and a data-driven decision mindset
• Excellent people management skills (ideally, should have managed a span of 5+)
• Exceptional customer-centricity
• Solid project management
