To carry out all instrumentation activities. (Instrument Calibration, temperature mapping, breakdown maintenance).
Essential Job Functions:
- To maintain the measuring and testing instruments.
- To prepare the instrument master list and calibration schedule for all measuring and testing instruments.
- To carry out the in-house calibration and co-ordinate with external calibration for all measuring and testing instruments as per schedules.
- To review and maintain the calibration certificates for all instruments with master
- To follow and ensure the safety for outside calibration vendor.
- To attend the instrument breakdown maintenance activities.
- To coordinate for temperature mapping activity.
- To involve in the equipment qualification and re – qualification activities
- To co – operate with project works related to instrumentation.
- Handling of GMP related system software application. (ie. LMS, SAP etc.,)
