- Reviewing Resumes and Screening Candidates as per the requirement given.
- Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and the Interview Pannel.
- Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with Candidates.
- Getting complete documents of the selected candidates.
- Will be responsible for the Onboarding & Induction of selected Candidates.
Skills:
- Good Communication in English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO Volume hiring is required.
- Minimum Qualification should be Graduation.
