Data Management:

• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources to create meaningful MIS reports.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other digital records.

Report Generation:

• Generate periodic MIS reports for management review.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports as and when required by different departments.
• Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand charts, graphs, and presentations.

Data Analysis:

• Analyze trends, patterns, and insights from data to support decision-making processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend operational enhancements.

Documentation:

• Document processes and procedures related to MIS tasks for future reference.
• Ensure all reports and data are properly archived and easily accessible.

Communication:

• Collaborate with different departments to gather relevant data and understand reporting requirements.
• Present MIS reports to the management team, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Software Proficiency:

• Proficient in MS Excel, Pivot Table, H lookup and V lookup and other relevant software applications.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
