Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyzing MIS Reports & Dashboards.
• Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the team.
• Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Product Wise Report, reporting to senior managers
• Preparation of dynamic Charts & Dashboards by using critical formulas in Excel.
• Preparing daily entry report Reports Ageing & Verification Reports. (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
• To do the comparative analysis & Document the reports for the higher management using functions like V-Lookup, H-Lookup, CONDITIONAL FORMATTING, DATA VALIDATION, SUM IF(S), COUNT IF(S) INDEX, MATCH, COMPARISONS.
• Produce descriptive statistic reports using graphs with the help of Pivot Charts.
• Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
• Data validation and filtered data (Pivots) in MS-Excel and present the reports through PowerPoint presentation.
• Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any graduate / Expertise in Excel.

Should have good communication skills in English & Hindi.

Minimum 2 to 5 Experience.
