Job Description:

As a Medical Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and educating healthcare professionals about our pharmaceutical products. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare providers, such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals, to drive product awareness and increase sales in your designated territory.

Responsibilities:

1. Promote our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals by presenting their benefits, features, and scientific information.

2. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product portfolio, their indications, and competitors' products.

3. Organize and conduct product presentations, seminars, and medical meetings for healthcare professionals to increase product knowledge and usage.

4. Plan and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share within your assigned territory.

5. Regularly visit healthcare facilities and offices to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

6. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any issues or concerns they may have.

7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and feedback from healthcare professionals to provide valuable insights to the management team.

8. Maintain accurate records of sales visits, customer interactions, and sales activities using the company's CRM software.

9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with the company's marketing strategies.

10. Attend medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to stay updated on industry developments and enhance your product knowledge.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of at least 2-3 years as a successful Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.

3. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey scientific information effectively.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

5. Results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.

6. Knowledge of the local healthcare market, healthcare professionals, and medical practices within the assigned territory.

7. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance guidelines governing pharmaceutical promotion.

8. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.

9. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
