POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education Minimum:
Graduate in Science/Medical (BSc/MSc Microbiology, Bio-info, Bio-Chem, BSc Nursing. Dip.MT, Dip.Nursing, Dip. X-Ray). BAMS, BDS, BUMS, MBBS, PGDHA, D Pharma, B. Pharma, MSc Genetics/Bio- tech, BPT, MPT.
Other Requirements Preferred: Medical Graduates
Clinical experience/TPA experience Experience Minimum: 0-6 years
Industry: Healthcare domain
2 PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To monitor & support claims process. Maintain quantity & quality within TAT.

FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE To see to that there is no adverse financial implication for the organization while settlement of claims.

To monitor the assigned tasks of claims teams:
Work in progress
Turnaround Time
Productivity of the team
Productivity of the team members
To plan the resources required for processing claims
To monitor the claims of the clients.
To handle escalation.
To attend to any other assignments assigned from time to time
