• Entire Marketing Activities- Branding, Advertising, Promotions, Campaign management, Outdoor event planning, Budgeting has to be planned by the Regional marketing manager.
• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
• Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
• Generating new business leads.
• Increasing brand awareness and market share.
• Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
• Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, promotional campaigns, showroom campaigns.
• Managing the marketing department's staff.
• Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
• Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
• Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends to the management and to subordinates.
• Hiring and managing the performance of a more junior marketing team that can also include PR and creative staff.
• Writing and delivering content and social media plans.
• Entire Campaign plan for all the branches has to be planned and submitted to the management in the beginning of the year itself.
• Detailed analysis has to be done before approving each campaign/outdoor activity/branding/ promotional activities.

The results, pros and cons, and budget should be discussed with the management.
