  • Maintain good relations with clients and all the depts. to run the process smoothly. Developing, monitoring, and evaluating treatment plans and progress.
  • Facilitating interdisciplinary approaches; monitoring staff performance.
  • Admits new clients by reviewing records and applications. Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for Accomplishing new and different requests.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of focus, task-oriented, non-judgmental, open personal qualities, clear sense of boundaries. A strong sense of and respect for confidentiality involving both clients and fellow employees.
  • Coordinate with Embassy & attending clients queries through phone & e-mail. Visa Documentation for PR Visa.
  • Validating the documents and uploading in the portal. Coordinate with the team lead to provide status updates.
  • Writing support letters, Receipt of documents from employees as per checklist.
  • Validate the documents both quality and quantity and revert to employee on observations. Act as the primary point of contact for employees on clarification.
