The Manager Training and Development will be responsible for the center and will head one such training center located in Apex Mall, Tonk Road, Jaipur.

Breakdown of the role

• To conduct training in line with industry standards basis the clients demand and prepare the

students for a job in the Banking & Finance sector.

• To counsel students & deliver lectures, conduct seminars in schools and colleges to inform

about the programs being offered by us.

• To conduct career counselling of students.
• To coordinate with banks to take performance review of placed candidates.
• To manger the day to day affairs of the center and the team of tele-callers and counselor
