Responsibilities:
• Run the enterprise-wide anti-phishing program, which includes creation, management and reporting in a periodic manner.
• Collaborate with Threat Intel, Incident Response & other groups to address high risk employee activity and provide additional education.
• Communicate & present phishing assessment results professionally & accurately to senior leadership and business line stakeholders.
• Liaise with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business objectives, risks, and education requirements.
• Develop and deliver a variety of training content in collaboration with information security engagement specialists, that meets the current and emerging needs of the organization. This will include the development, design and delivery of face to face and virtual training content, digital training materials, experiential learning, always ensuring that learning outcomes are clear.
• Support the scoping, facilitation, and planning for key cyber security awareness activities/campaigns.
• Deliver all cyber security awareness materials to a high standard, ensuring the tone and messaging aligns with the overall cyber security awareness strategy.

Minimum Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
• Relevant years of direct experience in development, delivery of communications and learning content (preferably in IT, Information Security or Cybersecurity)
• Proven creative thinker, with experience in creating thought-provoking communications that resonate with different and diverse audiences.
• Experience of implementing internal communications, marketing, education and training, events, or campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills; strong track record negotiating and managing internal and external stakeholders and third parties.
• Possess strong written, design, and presentation skills to creatively bring ideas for communications and guidance documents to life.
• Have experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Project Management, Business Analysis or Product Management.
• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), PMP, CISSP, CISA, CISM or other industry certifications will be considered a plus
• Broad infrastructure and technology experience, with demonstrable understanding of security issues in critical environments.

Preferred qualifications
• Strong Project Management skills – planning, execution, monitoring progress
• Sound knowledge of Risk management with experience in:
o presenting risks to senior business leadership/ key stakeholders,
o identifying potential risks within organizational context, and working with relevant stakeholders to remediate risks/ deploying controls
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to network with senior stakeholders and other support functions across a global organization
• Ability to make an impact, influence and achieve results with effective negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong facilitation skills with an ability to respond to immediate and urgent requests while juggling conflicting priorities. Should be able to work in high pressure environment as and when required
• Must be Self-driven and experienced at handling cultural diversity
