Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for Sales & Development of the organization

Promote the products of various grades to the clients

Coordinate with the Offer team, Sale Order Team and Performa Invoice to ensure that we have offered on the same day as per the customer requirements

Coordinate with the respective authority incase if any discount or pricing finalization required for the customers

Monthly reviews to ensure smooth execution of sales.

Develop business strategies and create forecasts based on market analysis.

Liaisoning with Production department to align and to honor delivery time as per the customer requirements

End-to-end campaign planning for awareness and lead generation. This includes strategy and execution of marketing concepts, strategy and execution of optimisation techniques for campaign improvements and performance measurement and reporting.

Further ideation and creation of business plan for marketing programs and events, along with definition of timelines, setting budget expectations.

Ensure and honor monthly targets are achieved not less than 70% per month.

Ensure sending of daily reporting system and following google sheets

Regular Competitor Analysis and timely actions

Build Operational Efficiency
Build vertically strong Organisation to manage

Prepare Annual Operational Plan as per Business Vision- Turnover & Expenses
Deliver Profit as per agreed Business Plan

Desired Candidate Profile

An experienced person who can have better exposure and background from tool steels, alloy steels, die steels, metals and any tool room, also should have plastic injection molding exposure
