As the Manager for the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Mid-Market Sales team, you will develop and maintain executive relationships with Clients, Agencies and Internal Google stakeholders, design and implement partnership initiatives, grow and develop a team of business reps, deliver on all business targets and contribute to the India GCS Growth Plan. With an inclination for strategic analysis and planning, you will conduct analytical and strategic work within Google.

You will need to work cross-functionally with the India MMS Lead, GCS cross-functional Managers, Regional MMS Business Managers/Leaders and identify growth opportunities, build compelling presentations to showcase opportunities and challenges and influence stakeholders to garner support, manage day-to-day relationships, and take the lead on specific projects. Fostering a culture of trust and innovation is also an expectation in this role. You will need to be an excellent communicator with an ability to motivate a team and handle executive communication with ease.

Responsibilities

  • Manage for business generation, productivity, and product priority targets for a subset of MMS portfolio of clients. Recruit, retain, and develop a performing business team.
  • Set strategy, manage business pipelines and stay on top of day-to-day business generation of the team. Work with the Head of MMS, India to plan and execute this strategy.
  • Be a thought leader, identify growth opportunities, build business cases to capture such opportunities, identify/mitigate risks and influence stakeholders to gain support.
  • Stay updated on Google product solutions and be a trusted advisor to both clients and team.
  • Be a role model and business coach, facilitate regular coaching sessions on areas like C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, and more.
