Key responsibilities :-Sales Manager

• New Client Acquisition
  • Generate Own lead for B2C & B2B businesses & on board
  • Successfully close the leads assigned to and on board new clients
  • Log in the new client details for onboarding
  • Bring feedback to the organization on competition activities
  • Participate in exhibitions/Trade fairs for lead generation
• Account Management
  • Hand hold the new client for the first 3 months
  • Ensure account recivables from the new clients
  • Up sell new service tiers to the clients

Key Responsibilities : Controller Externalization

• New Client
  • Contract Closure
  • Inputs of rates and other financial details in System
  • Advising on Pricing and Commercial terms and conditions to sales teams
• Account Management
  • Timely Billing
  • Timely closure of shipments in system
  • Timely reconciliation
  • Collection on Time
  • Focus on DSO
