Position Title: Manager Reports to: General Manager, SAP Basis Lead Supervises: SAP Basis Support & Project team Position Summary: Accountabilities: Ensuring 99.9% uptime of SAP applications. Efficiency and accuracy in execution of various operations activities across the landscape. Timely delivery of new implementation/upgrade/migration projects. Risk Mitigation and Compliance in the area of SAP Infrastructure. Level of Responsibility: High Scope: Global Job Profile and Expected Key Outcomes: The job profile broadly involves configuring, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting the SAP technical environment on an ongoing basis. Specifically, following tasks comprise my job profile: In-depth knowledge and proven working experience in installation, configuration & Upgrade of SAP Products In-depth knowledge in MS SQL, MXDB, HANA migration in ECC. OS Application administration. Having extensive experience in HANA database. HANA database version and SPS revision upgrade Expertise in System refresh and post configuration System upgrade activities (Patch-SAP components/Database, Kernel Upgrade) by using SUM tool. Expertise in Tivoli Storage Manager, hands on experience on different Backups and recovery of databases. Working knowledge of 24X7 environments, willing to extend working hours as required.
