1. Manage Service Delivery of Mutual Fund Operations to Channel Partners

2. Manage relationship with AMCs, Investors, Regulators, Distributors, advisors & Internal
Stakeholders

3. Redesign/re engineer end to end to processes by breaking down into issues and translate
them into manageable projects

4. Ability to identify gaps in process design/flow and implement Process changes/Improvements using technology

5. Ability to simplify & Standardise Processes

6. Excellent communication & influencing skills

7. Collaborate with Internal & external stakeholders to carryout process/cost optimization,
simplification and elimination of redundant/non - value added activities through automation

8. Ensure that day to day operations is managed as under

a. Ensure smooth Transaction reporting, processing, and provision timely confirmation
b. Monitoring & ensuring of TAT & Quality as per SLA
c. Reducing of Errors to zero/ managing errors within acceptable threshold
d. Timely & accurate Reporting / Management Information analysis - For Clients,
Regulators, Management
e. Escalations/queries/ feedback
f. Prompt qualitative response to query from AMC/
Regulator
g. Client/Distributor Satisfaction
h. Manage Dashboard of activities in time & take corrective action based on it

9. Ability to identify and cross - sell opportunities

10. Team Management -
a) Ensure Learning Initiatives
b) Adherence to discipline, punctuality, and compliance by the team
c) Attrition Management.
d) Strong people management skills
e) Prior experience in supervisor capacity managing a team of direct reports

f) Ensuring productivity of resources in the team including guidance and coaching

11. Prior experience of 5 - 7 years, in relevant operations in Mutual funds, Securities Market,
Fintechs, Large Distributors would be a plus
