Job description:

• The position is responsible for client interfaces within the assigned Account within IT recruitment and Staffing practice.
• Thoroughly understand and work on the C2H/Contract to Hire requirements of the client and guiding the team to work..
• Coordinate with the team to ensure fitment with the client needs; negotiate salaries; and ensure on-boarding, as per clients requirements.
• Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for high-end or niche requirement for the assigned client.
• Analyzing, Screening, & Submitting profiles as per client requirements with proper QC.
• Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status update on regular basis.
• Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high-volume basis
• Must have experience in the IT Consulting / Staffing and Recruitment Industry
• Minimum 1-5 Yrs of experience into IT recruitment with a minimum of 1 year into C2H/Contract to Hire/IT Contract Staffing experience will be preferred.
