International voice process

An Australian company is extending its operations in Hyderabad (Kondapur) and is looking for talented individuals with a dream to grow and excel with us. Must have at least 2+ years of experience in outbound sales for any Australian or any international voice process.

International Outbound/Inbound experience is a must

Day shift - 6:00AM to 3:00 PM

Fixed salary plus excellent incentives would be offered.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· You must have an excellent command of English with highly tuned listening skills

· Analytical thinking

· A hard-working and progressive individual who can talk to international clients

· Accent to deal with clients from Australia will be an added advantage

· Keep a track of existing call leads to convert potential leads into sales

· Offer assistance to existing customers to address their issues/concerns.

· Be highly energetic and motivated with a dream to excel.

· Great command in closing sales over the telephone.

· 2+ years’ experience required in the outbound process and up-selling.

· Excellent Communication and Sales skills.

· Self-Confident, Enthusiastic, Patient, and Passionate about work.

· Willing to learn about the product master his/her skills & knowledge and grow internally.

· Adapt to sales pressure
