Job Description: Hiring For International Marketing -API (International Market) in Harman Finochem Ltd !

Designation : Officer/ Sr. Officer/executive

Responsibilities and Duties-

1. Production planning & scheduling in consultation with Marketing/Business Development team.

2. Coordination with plant for the material availability as per given allocation.

3. Update order tracking file on daily basis.

4. Create Order intimation against customer PO.

5. Coordination for the dispatch of material with dispatch/logistics department of Plant.

6. Coordination with Logistics team for export shipments

7. Coordination for shipment with International customers & share the final shipping documents.

8. Coordination for the shipping documents with Logistic team.

9. Updating Export Consignment folders (to keep intimation, PO copy, shipping documents).

10. Coordination for customer shipment related queries with Logistic Team.

11. Narcotic product permit update & coordination.
