Roles and Responsibilities

Candidate will be responsible for the Following including but not limited to:

1. Developing Sales and co-ordinating with Importers/Exporters for their Logistics requirements

2. Co-ordinating with Shipping Companies to get bookings, negotiate freight rates, follow up on SO Issuance, BL issuance with client and Shipping Company

3. Track movement of Containers with the Client after issuance of DO to the Port.

3. Track movement of Cargo on daily basis and status update all Clients.

4. Track delays and inconsistencies in cargo movement and co ordinate with shipping company to prioritize delayed cargo movement

5. Co ordinate with Accounts team to manage Shipping Company invoices and payments and Client Billing.

6. Follow up with Clients for Payments.

7. Candidate should have extensive experience in documentation of BLs.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Candidate should be a Graduate with minimum 5 years Experience in International Logistics Industry.

2. Candidate Should be proficient in English.

3. Candidate should have a smart and approachable personality and be presentable in front of Clients
