• Meeting client/architect/stakeholder for understanding the project requirements.
• Managing material and labor cost and delivery on time of the same.
• Material Planning for the given site and ensure marital availability as per project requirement
• Reviewing the subcontractors/ workers rate to ensure reasonable cost.
• Manage to work on multiple projects in the given city/location.
• Organize and work effectively and efferently to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Organize subcontractors/ labors to survey and carry out all stages of work as per agreed schedule.
• Implement quality control as per Quality policy & method Statement and ensure good workmanship is carried out for all site works.
• Prepare work schedule, project supervision and documentation.
• Attending site meetings to establish a scope of work and prepare weekly work progress reports.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and pricing.
• Ensure timely billing as per work contract/ PO/WO.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in managing Facade/ Interior Fit out/ MS Structure Works etc.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): project management, Facade/interior design, planning, MS Structure.
