Our ideal JOB role will include:

Responsible for growing the recurring revenue by on-time renewals & selling new AMC service contracts from assigned territory. Drive prompt resolution of customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with Esko services for maximum retention.

  • Ensure accuracy of sales forecasting through weekly reviews call & update on prospects list
  • End-to-end ownership of the entire sales process from identifying the need to closure
  • Generate proposals through in-house CRM system and maintain accurate records of all activities in SalesForce.com
  • Primary contact for customers for all their service care plans RFPs & upgrades related queries.
  • Work with cross-functional department for smooth order execution, payment/invoices discrepancy, follow ups & service delivery as per SLA.

In your main role at Esko, you will:

  • Maintain & analysis the strong customer install base to plan renewals and explore new accounts opportunities.
  • Establish relationships and build a connect with customers to develop and achieve account strategies and opportunity plans.
  • Collaborate with cross departmental teams within the organization to develop successful marketing strategies either directly with customers or with strategic partners with the objective of driving growth
  • Plan & organize promotional campaign to achieve the goal & business growth.
  • Meet or exceed defined monthly, quarterly and annual sales quota from assigned territory/accounts
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Listen to customer problems and respond accordingly in a timely manner

Critical Success Factors for the Ideal Candidate Profile are:

  • A flexible sales oriented professional with a strong communication skills & building relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to understand and interpret business needs to define communication requirements for a variety of audiences.
  • Must have good communication skills (English & Hindi)

Your Education and/or Background Experience will have:

  • Inside or outside sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Sales focused
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced work environment
