Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Willing to work in the night shift for the USA region.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (experience in lead generation function for IT companies).
  • Work closely with the Inside Sales Manager (ISM)/Director in identifying target market, target accounts, and services to be covered in the business development (lead generation) activity.
  • Segment and Account level research and map the account, identify potential buyers, identify key needs and positioning of ALTEN Calsoft Labs Services.
  • Develop email and calling campaign strategy and plan jointly with the ISM/field sales executive
  • Cold call prospective leads
  • Follow up on warm leads
  • Independently handle the first level of conversation on chosen services
  • Convert hot leads into a face to face or telephonic meetings
  • Lead qualification and hand over
  • Build a lead pipeline
