Techaxis Inc and Lateetutd are looking for a dynamic recruiter to work with our Talent Management Office in finding right candidate for our various roles.

Meet the hiring needs of the teams across India and the US.

The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be self-motivated and must possess good attitude. The ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Recruitment and Talent Sourcing: Source candidates through a variety of channels (Naukri,Indeed Linkedin and Etc)

Key Roles And Responsibilities.

Prepare recruitment activities Job descriptions and post jobs to appropriate job boards .

Source and recruit candidates by using databases, job boards, social media etc.

Doing End to End internal/External Recruitment.

Plan and coordinate mass recruiting events if required, for instance, bulk hiring,

recruitment drives, etc.

Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews.

Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.

Serve as the first point of contact for all candidates at all levels.
