Roles and Responsibilities

• End to end recruitment
• Accountable for the End to End RECRUITMENT: Right from acquiring profiles, conducting screening interview and Ensuring Candidate joins on stipulated time

Desired Candidate Profile

• should have good knowledge & relevant experience in hiring for various Non IT
• should be Proficient on resume search through Job portals and using various search engines like Google, LinkedIn, headhunting, personal network
• must be able to work proactively to find candidates via various means including social media, referrals.
• Should possess strong follow-up skills till the candidate joins, maintain post offer follow-up and handle issues related to Offer / Joining Date / On Boarding / CTC as applicable.
• Bulk hiring, portal hiring, Mass hiring.
