- HR manager is responsible to analyze and solve all manpower requisitions and shortages, find potential recruitment procedures, conduct interviews and select the right candidate for the right job.
- Human resources managers need to plan the needs of a company's employees. He/she has to develop and manage employment programs, salary compensation and performance evaluations, benefits and promotions.
- HR manager shall function within an active and influential business advisory role with executives in order to drive business results.
