Job Details

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Managing complete end-to-end recruitment cycle including preparation of job description in concurrence with the technical team requirement.

2. On-boarding formalities, induction and orientation activities for new hires.

3. Should perform exit interviews and gather feedback for improvement of operations.

4. Preparing training materials and facilitate training programs along with technical team for new employees

5. Should conduct Performance appraisal reviews & Confirmation of employees.

6. Engage and escalate Employee's Grievance on time and act as a chain between management and employees.

7. Maintain internal systems and processes to ensure policies are kept current and up to date.

8. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations and make necessary recommendations to improve collaborative/team works.

9. Employee engagement activities/communications.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. Excellent interpersonal & people management skills.

3. Analytical and goal oriented.

4. Proficient with Excel or related software.

5. Good understanding of HR practices.

6. Candidate should be residing nearby Anna Nagar, Chennai
