1. Independently handled core HR Generalist profile including Induction, Orientations, MIS, Payroll Support, Talent Management, On-boarding, Employee Engagement, HR Metrics, CSR Initiatives, etc.

2. Demonstrated excellence in managing HR Operations including manpower planning, on-boarding, database / personnel file management, employee engagement, and full & final settlement.

3. Capability to work as a HR Business Partner to business leadership for designing & implementing holistic human capital management strategy to meet short-term & long-term business challenges.
