Experience: 2 Years to 5 Years

Prior Domain Expertise: Recruitment / Consultancy background will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Planning and Scheduling for recruitment process
• Maintain candidate databases
• Minimum 1 year experience in Volume hiring ,Bulk hiring, Campus hiring
• Will be handling end to end process of recruitment and other HR activities.
• Sound knowledge in various Job Portals LinkedIn, social media etc.,
• Initial Screening of candidates profile.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Immediate joiners preferred.
