We are hiring – Human Resource #HR – Executive for Infosectrain

Key responsibility Areas

Create and maintain HR Reports such as employee data, leaves, attendance and incentives for employees.

Collaborate with other teams such as accounts and operations for keeping statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC and TDS.

Plan and execute recruitment need for the company.

To contribute to overall employee morale by managing conflicts and issues in daily working.

Induction training to new hires.

Guidance and feedback collection for new hires.

HR process maintenance and enhancements

Skills

Communication skills – email, telephonic, chat and web meetings

MS office – excel, word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Google – Google docs and Google drive

LinkedIn savvy

Experience

Preferred 0.5 to 1 year in training/education management industry

Fresh MBA with HR specialization

Fresh graduates with HR

Candidates with no experience are welcome with a aptitude to learn on the job

Joining and work schedule

Immediate joiners preferred
