Roles:

✔ Oversee all the aspects of Human Resource practices and process

✔ Managing activities such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management

✔ Promoting company values and shaping a positive culture

Responsibilities:

✔ Handling all the resources and taking care of the human element of it

✔ Ensuring all the processes from recruitment to employee relations and performance are set in a process, regulated and handled with utmost professionalism

✔ Recruitment policy, building pool of talents and ensuring lower turn over

✔ Developing and promoting ethical and moral values to shape a positive work culture in the office

Qualification:

✔ All the required skills and experience required in handling a dynamic team

✔ Knowledge of cricket and its tread will be considered an additional advantage

Timings

✔ You will be working 6 days a week

✔ 9 hours a day with flexible timing

Salary

✔ INR 2.4 to 3.4 lakh per annum plus incentives (based on skills, experience and temperament)
