At Industry Solutions we help customers transform the potential value of Microsoft cloud technologies into realized value for their businesses, employees and customers. IGD is strategic lever for Industry Solutions globally and is the largest co-located employee footprint for the business. This role will partner with the leadership of IGD to land their people agenda.

Responsibilities

  • Organizational Diagnostics - You support organizational diagnostic projects. You collect data to identify needs and risk areas in partnership with HRBI; review, guide and perform analyses; interpret data to inform decisions about strategy, goals, and actions (with guidance); and, prepare summary reports.
  • Change Design and Orchestration - You help orchestrate and implement change, adapting to new or changing structures, cultural change, or business-specific programs/processes for an assigned organization. You contribute to the design and delivery of change-related communications for an organization, and assist managers and leaders through change.
  • People Plan - You enable and execute aspects of the holistic people plan (e.g., talent management, leadership effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, culture) for an organization.
  • Strategic Talent Management - You put strategies into action. You implement components of strategic talent plans, talent movement plans, talent development plans and the Diversity and Inclusion plan for an assigned organization. You support action planning efforts to increase Microsoft's workforce diversity and inclusion.
  • Leadership & Team Performance - You assess leadership effectiveness and performance data and document/report findings. You recommend inclusive leadership practices and support the implementation of interventions to improve leadership and team performance.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of work experience with Human Resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, training, performance management) involving applicable employment laws and policies with Masters / MBA degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
