Hiring For International Voice

• In this role candidate is expected to work in UK and US shifts supporting customers in solving their queries and issues working from office in Pune

Desired Profile and experience :

• Minimum 6 months (International BPO Voice / Chat ) experience is mandatory.
• Candidate must have knowledge about customer service.
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
• Should be okay with night shifts.

Qualification:

• Any undergraduate and graduate experienced candidates can apply.
• Any undergraduate and graduate freshers can apply.

Timing:

• UK and US Shifts.

Compensation:

• 17k to 32k For Chat
• 17k To 45k For Voice
• Other benefits like shift allowance conveyance allowance will be extra.
• CAB facility (Pick and drop)
