• Experience into voice/non-voice/semi-voice in any international process

• Analytical bent of mind to keeping track of metrics and performances

Experience: 1-4 years

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (Undergraduate or Pursuing graduation are not eligible)

CTC: As per market norms

Transport: 2-way cab facility (Nodal pickup & drop)

Shift timing: UK shift (12:30 PM - 09:30 PM IST - Daylight/01:30 - 10:30 PM IST)
