• Responsible for all CR functions of jewellery.
• Strategic planning for improvement of customer satisfaction level and maintain reports.
• Overall responsibility of all customer complaints resolution, rectification, and report to Regional Office.
• Target customer delight.
• To enhance the performance of store through developing digital marketing plans, budgeting, and analysis
• To involve in implementing and evaluating the In-store activities.
• Conduct research, understand the market, and identify potential customer profiles.
• To have a proper study and thorough knowledge about the customers buying patterns, buying occasions, and preferences thereby improving customer retention programs improving customer experience.
• Improving customer walk-ins through developing various programs.
• Develop High Net-worth Individual (HNI) customer network
• Development and implementation of CR training (In-house).
• Monitor customer satisfaction reports and trends.
• Upgrade personal and company image to stimulate maximum customer appeal.
• Manage front office and customer relations.
• Welcome customers with a pleasant attitude and enquire about their requirements
• Must have the skill to understand the customers' requirements and guide them accordingly with good hospitality.
• Keep fully informed on both products of Malabar as well as competitors.
• Study Customer Relations activities and update of competitors, conduct surveys.
• Monitor Digital In-Store activities like Whatsapp messages & SMS to customers.
• Execute responsibilities related to schemes as assigned.
