Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling the help desk
  • Attending to patient queries/clarifications.
  • Maintaining the patient inflow records doctor wise.
  • Updating the doctor timings on day to day basis.
  • Maintaining the total OPD patient inflow count per doctor.
  • Prime responsibility of handling cash.
  • Making sure that the bill is raised as per the patient requirements.
  • To keep a check the discount bills are raised as per the company norms.
  • In case of an FC bills the cashier has to make sure that the bill has been certified by the concerned doctor.
  • Typing summaries with accuracy and minimal response time.
  • Handing over the cash to the accounts department with all the explanation to give given regarding refunds cancellations & discounts.
