Field Sales Associate

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Associate to join our team. As a Field Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of solid wooden doors, wooden frames, and wooden mouldings to customers in Delhi. This is a target-based role, requiring exceptional sales skills, strong customer relationship management, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends in the wooden doors, frames, and mouldings industry.
• Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and visiting construction sites, interior designers, architects, and contractors.
• Present and demonstrate our product offerings to prospective customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs, addressing their queries, and providing appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing structures.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements or modifications.
• Provide after-sales support, including addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and coordinating with the customer service team, as needed.
