Responsible for end to end recruitment up to GM/VP Level.2.

Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing best talent to the company within set timelines.

Source candidates/resumes based on requirements and technical skills.

Excellent Written and Oral Communication ( Must Have).

Manage all coordination for interview scheduling and follow-ups.

Track candidates throughout the hiring process.

Should have good experience with various recruitment portal like Naukri, Monster, Shine, Time Job, Indeed, Linked In etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream will be preferred.

The candidate should posses experience of Hiring for EPC / Oil & Gas / Petrochemicals / Refinery / Cement / fertilizer/ mineral Processing/mining companies.
