Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience working with executives and/or supporting teams on the Administrative front.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience working in direct executive support.
  • Experience in effective calendar management over international time zones, complex and high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and efficient budgeting of events.
  • Experience in managing multiple urgent priorities independently with ability to use project management to further support the organization and/or office site that you manage.
  • Ability to navigate a complex environment to collaborate and effectively communicate across a diverse range of people and job functions.

  • Understand the business and their people needs and identify process and/or operational improvements to allow the business to run more efficiently.
  • Exhibit the highest standards for maintaining confidentiality. Act as an expert of internal systems and policies.
