• Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to get registration filled up for every new admission and entering in the system.
2. Coordinate with consulting doctor for cause of admission and explain cost of treatment as per doctor advice.
3. Coordinate with floor coordinator for preparation of rooms before admitting patients.
4. Escorting VIP patients personally and ensuring that all other patients are escorted to their respective rooms by the attendant.
5. Responsible for admission process, bed transfer, class transfer, room holding and room category process and Other Admission related.
6. Coordinate with international coordinator for international patients.
7. Responsible to prepare monitoring data of admission process and room transfer process.
8. Intimating Medical Staff coordinator for the creation of New Doctor Code and ensuring that the code is being generated at the earliest.
9. Responsible to Maintain requirement of stock for Admission .
10. Responsible to prepared daily transferred sheet .
11. Responsible for schedule of deposit.
12. Responsible for any causality admission process.
13. Auditing of admission forms and registration forms.
14. Enter data in victory software.
15. Forwarding admission , transfer message to team in case of system failure .
16. Death message to consulting doctor and group decided by management .
17. Occupancy ,message to group decided by management .
18. Maintain daily report for admitted patient and victory no. in excel sheet on daily basis .
19. Room arrangement in case of high Occupancy, under senior staff guidance
