Electrical BIM Modeler & Draftsman Fresher's job

• To understand the engineering inputs given by the team leader.
• To create a detailed drawing.
• To deliver a clear output of the drawings.

Primary duties and responsibilities

• BIM Modelling and drawing extraction
• To develop concept ideas into drawing details
• Drawing or detail production from engineering sketches or calculations
• Clash detection, resolution and reporting ensuring a coordinated design
• Reviewing model/drawings to check compliance with design
• Responsible for ensuring delivery of model or drawing to agreed project programs with quality
• Preparation of Electrical services (eg. ELV, LV, Lighting) shop/detail drawings and as built drawings.
• Preparation of single line diagram and equipment layouts.
• Preparation of layout according to the local and international Standards.
• Preparation of Cable Schedule and Cable tray sizing.
• Developing the Technical room layout and sectional detail

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)

• An understanding of industry wide BIM standards
• Very good Knowledge in Revit, AutoCAD and Navis software.
• Create parametric families.
• Model the entire service/ system independently.
• Understand and work ad per BIM manual/ project standards.
• Effective communication in English.
• Basic Technical knowledge in their respective departments.
• Basic knowledge in MS office.

Technical Ability

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT)
• Strong knowledge in Revit Electrical
• Knowledge in BIM related works

Education & Experience Requirement

Minimum Graduate in Electrical with minimum 2 years of experience in the use of Autodesk

software's such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD

Preferred Experience in Western Country Project and Gulf Project
