Job Description

  • Ensuring branches same day delivery % for all products as per operation SOP
  • Monitoring delivery quality of each franchise under that branch
  • Monitoring of delivery percentage and ensuring that the achievement levels must be >95% as per Operation SOP.
  • Ensure Checking of Delivery run sheet and understand the No Delivery (NDR) & No Info scenarios. Work towards closure of the consignments.
  • Identifying and validation of root cause for Return to Origin (RTO), Misroutes & update the Branch Manager accordingly.
  • Monitoring critical regulatory and process compliances and ensure the team at the floor understands them and work towards managing process compliances
  • Ensure Quality checking of DRS and physical audit of consignment delivery
  • Handle queries on delivery inquiry from the Ops Processing teams
  • Coordinating with the franchisees/ops team members on regular updates of the consignment processing and deliveries
  • Ensure preparation and analysis on daily Ops reports on intranet or tableau
  • Troubleshooting data related issues in the branches and coordinating with IT to resolve them on priority
  • Effective record management, as per statutory norms, of delivery run sheet for faster retrieval.
  • Management of Proof of Deliveries (POD) copies and their movement back to the booking location
  • Ensuring franchise data entry by mobile or on FR Home page as against centralized data entry.
  • Responsible for Quality of data captured on DRS.
  • Flash reports to Branch teams on the assigned KPIs and ensure that proper focus is given to the areas which need further improvement
  • Ensure training activities on the branch on standard SOPs and Key KPIs with the help of Branch managers.
