Role & responsibilities
1. Fill up the BOQ & take quotations from other competitive vendors
2. Developing the commercial strategy and the commercial direction of projects
3. Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings through MS office/Software
4. Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from the tender.
5. Prepare & process subcontractor bills.
6. Negotiating with customers, suppliers and manufacturers & building and managing relationships with customers
7. To take the measurement from the site engineer & verify the billing process further.
8. Managing Cash Inflows and outflows
9. Variance Analysis of Budgeted vs Actual Costs.
10. To follow up on the accounts department for payment
11. Managing commercial compliances with respect to payment policies, credit norms, review of payment terms and Dealer collection terms
12. Review the quantities item listed & Conducting market research
13. Monitoring the progress of projects
14. Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors
15. Checking measurements and Bill certification
16. Maintaining the documentation
17. Identifying and managing commercial risk
