Dear Applicants,

We have 5 Openings for an inbound process. Your role includes processing online ecommerce orders, speaking with our customers to resolve their query.

* Inbound- Customer Service

* Answering inbound calls and resolving their queries in such manner so that customer get satisfied.

* Managing assigned ecommerce orders (processing, tracking and completing the orders).

* Shift: 10:00am to 7:00pm.

* 6 Days Working (Flexible Week off)

Eligibility Criteria :-

* Should have good communication skills (English & Hindi).

* Should be graduate in any stream.

* Should have good knowledge of MS Excel.
